Blinking red broadband light

I just got my new service got a call that everything is a go to plug in my new NVG510 so I get back to my apt and its been blinking red on broadband for an hour already ... So I called att they said they will send a tech but it might cost $99 ... I just got this box that doesn't work so can someone help me figure this out ?

Hi @plastikid,

 

I am sorry about the issues you are having with getting your U-verse services working. When connecting the green data cable, make sure you are going directly from the NVG510 to your wall outlet, so no splitters or any devices in between. Also, if you have more than one phone jack in the house, try it at multiple jacks. Let us know how it goes.
