Address Validation Case opened for our address

I have been talking with att reps all week about getting internet to our house and being told they don’t Serice my house. Everyone on my block and in our subdivisions has att internet availability except us.   The att box sits right in front of our house that services the neighbors and they all get internet.  I need a field technician to verify we do have and get my place hooked up. Please help me with this issue
