AT&T is so disrespectful

They obviously don't care about a customer! I simply wanted to transfer from one address to another. Their no English speaking rep cancelled my account in error. I spent over 18 hours in one week trying to get the service back on then they day of my move I had a confirmed appointment. When I called they didn't want to see proof of the email nor were they willing to make my service connection a priority after all the disrespect and frustration they have put me through that should be the least they would want to do. They have gotten so big they don't care about one or thousands. They are that rich!

My telephone number is ***. The cancelled account and new account are tied to that number. I can assure you this is just another waste of my time. I know you nor anyone in your company is willing to do anything more than waste my time! That's exactly what everyone has shown me this entire week. I needed service this week and I have given AT&T over 17 hours of my time and chance after chance to give me service after AT&Ts screw up! Thanks for nothing more than apologies and wasting my time. Ultimately AT&T has proven they are in control and have no respect for me and my business! AT&T has had many chances to correct their mistake and refuses to accept they made a mistake to begin with. For you and every rep in your company that has gone to great lengths to provide me with no service when I had scheduled and begged. Thanks! Everyone of your reps miss the point that I am the customer! Providing me service at the next available opportunity is the same as providing service 3 months from now. Failure!

In post 3 above, the OP listed their phone number....as in (and I quote) "my telephone number is..."  so that's sorta kinda personal.

Don't worry.  No one is trying to intimidate anyone.  *smdh*

I don't mind if someone wants to use my number to call me and ask about my experience. I have been working with AT&T to resolve my issues more than I have wanted to! I wish AT&T could get instructions right!

@RGW0703  You do realize this is a PUBLIC message board and anyone (and everyone) could see your phone number, right?

Admittedly, I would have been better if a link would had been provided to sent a PRIVATE MESSAGE.
