I recently signed up for att unlimited plus, 4 lines and. Home WiFi hotspot, bundled with direct tv. I Bsolutely did not want the home phone, which the in store rep assured me was completely free. Now I am being charged a monthly service charge of 20 plus about 30in taxes, and an activation fee also.

I have had an ATT Dail Up email address for years that I want to cancel for non use.  I don't know my account number since it was payed by auto on my credit card.  My profile doesn't give me an account number.  I call ATT but all I get is the automated system run around and I can never get a person.  The ATT web site does not offer an email address for customer service.  How can I contact a person to cancel my service?  My only other recourse would be to tell AMEX to refuse payment but I don't want the ATT hounds after me.  Somebody please advise how to reach a live human being inside ATT.  Thank you.

I have a sbcglobal.net account and do not have an at&t account. How do  I get into my account. I also forgot my password to my account.  I do business through my email so I need a quick respond

I have been trying to get landline service since December 2017.  I am working to purchase a home and need access to the land line to send and receive faxes and respond immediately to our Broker.  I was promised landline service by 8pm on 1/8/18 after submitting a request on 12/27/18 but I have received no service and the ATT Service Center Representative refused to let me speak to a supervisor.  Who can I speak with to get immediate assistance?

Hello I see you are trying to set up landline service for your new home.  In order to get this issue resolved you will have to call a specialist in our landline department.

"Home wiring protection" was added to my monthly bill several months ago without my consent.

How do I get this removed.

Seniors on fixed incomes cannot afford unexpected or unnecessary charges.
