Hello @Floke98!

Thanks for joining the Community Forums!  Having internet on the go is one of the best things about smartphones.  I am sorry to hear yours has been acting odd, and I would like to help.  Let’s get started!

In many cases, as soon as your phone loses the Wi-Fi connection from hotspot, or home based internet source, the cellular data connection would take over.  When this doesn’t happen, we will want to look at a few things which can cause this.

A really good way to find out if the error is coming from the phone or the network is to toggle your cellular data Off and then On again.  By doing this, the SIM in your phone is requesting a new connection to the towers.

To find the steps to complete this on your phone, please check out our Device Support Center.  Once you reach the page, select your make/model of phone and then click View all solutions > Connectivity > Signal & Cellular Data.

If turning the data off/on does not get your phone reconnected; our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool is a great destination to not only identify the cause, but to also repair it.  As soon as the page comes up, please sign into your myAT&T account and then select the phone experiencing the issue.

This will allow for the most comprehensive troubleshooting session, and get this resolved as soon as possible.  After you see the phone selected, please go to Service/network issues > Internet and choose Cannot access any website.  You will want to follow the prompts based off what you have experienced.

Please let me know if the phone is still having issues connecting.  I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
