Trouble connecting to the WiFi

Since I miss a payment for the WiFi I’ve been having trouble connecting some of my devices to the WiFi for example, my phone connected immediately as soon as I paid the WiFi but my Eco Alexa can’t connect to the network and I really don’t know what to do and how to connect them

We understand you're having a problem getting devices connected after paying to restore services.

Have you tried rebooting the router?

If not please try rebooting the router and see if device's reconnect.
