Smart Home Manager Log In problems
Greetings - I am having trouble logging in to the Smart Home Manager App.
I received the following error message:
"Uh oh. You'll need working internet service before you can sign in using your AT&T access ID and password (403.400)"
This error makes no sense to me since I have working Internet service - my Internet has worked since you set it up. (note - this error occurs with both the smart phone app and the web site). I have deleted and re-loaded the smart phone app 4 times now over the last 3 weeks.
Any advice you can provide would be helpful. I just want to change my password setting.
