Service light
My broadband service light has been red for the past hour and half what should I do to correct the problem?

You can do the standard reboot by unplugging the power cord for 10 secs. If that does not work, you try pressing reset button for 10-15 secs. If still does not work, you would need to call tech support at 800-288-2020.
