As of January 2019, I've had no changes in internet speed. For 3 months, I've been running on ATT and I average about less than 1 MB ON A GOOD DAY.  My internet is slow as (INSERT BAD WORD HERE) and my latency is off the charts. I've been considering switching to Comcast and I will if this ongoing issue isn't addressed. Also, on average, there's an internet outage AT LEAST 1 every other month. PLEASE FIX!!!
