Ps4 troubleshooting issues

Ok so i have a home router that has wifi and a lan cable and i tried to get my ps4 to connect to it countless times i tried wifi first and it doesn't work then i tried the lan cable it doesn't work my ps4 passes the ip address test but always fails on the internet connection test my phone connects to the wifi easily I'm just entirely confused and don't know what to do any suggestions?

My interpretation of your situation is that your PS4 connects to your AT&T provided equipment using either WiFi or an Ethernet connection but the PS4 is unable to communicate with the internet. Let me know if that is not your situation.

 

From what I am reading about the PS4, it requires specific ports to pass through the AT&T provided equipment. Those ports are listed at the bottom of the screen at this URL; PS4 Ports . Ensure that you have configured the AT&T provided equipment accordingly.

 

For further assistance please provide the make and model of the AT&T provide equipment.
