Low Bandwidth can't stream Netflix, Amazon or Hulu on Smart TV

I cannot stream ANY programs from Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu on my Samsumg smart TV and I'm not sure why.  On 2 of the apps, they just display an error message when they time out and ask me to check my internet connection.  On the other app, it says that my bandwidth is too low.

It's really strange because I've been in the same home using the same services for the past year and never had any trouble.  It was not until my promotional rate increased at the beginning of December that I began to have issues.  My computer, iPad, and cell phone work fine; it's just the TV,  Strange.  Can you please help?

Actually, I was able to fix the problem. I just updated my smart TV apps and now it’s working fine.

Hello @kdapaz,

What error message do you see?

Also, can you please let us know what internet package you have as well as your speedtest results?

Can’t wait to hear back.
