We support AT&T Home products such as TV, Internet and Home Phone. We also support AT&T’s newest product DIRECTV NOW, which is a streaming service that provides customers access to live content along with on demand movies and TV shows. Our main focus is moderating and answering questions in the Community Forums however we work on various projects including managing Twitter (@ATTCares, @DIRECTVService, @DIRECTVNOWHelp) and YouTube. We love collaborating and helping our customers out, so we’re happy to be here!"
@GaryVo is a technician, mentor and leader from AT&T mobility with certifications from Apple, Blackberry and Google. His favorite part of every year is Seahawks football in the fall with hiking and camping throughout the northwest. Recently joining the DirectTV Now Care team, he brings enthusiasm and technical knowledge to our community forums.
@JefferMC started networking computers with async terminal cables in 1984. Today he’s a web application developer who enjoys online gaming, disc golf, ultimate Frisbee and cheering the University of South Carolina. He joined the AT&T Community Forums in November, 2009, and has earned earned 32 badges.
@litzdog911 is a long-time DIRECTV Techknow Guide, joining the AT&T Forum in 2015. He's a marketing manager for a technology company and volunteers with his therapy dog at schools, libraries and college campuses providing reading assistance and stress relief. He's earned 18 badges. @lizdance40 - Award for Community Excellence (ACE) recipient LizDance40 joined the community in February, 2014. @MikeCheck123 is a Lead eCommerce Manager at AT&T and has been with the company for 15 years. For the past six years, he’s supported AT&T’s TV products (DIRECTV, U-verse TV & the newly launched DIRECTV NOW) and maintains their Support experiences for att.com. Mike resides in Atlanta, GA but from Ohio originally, where he became a college football enthusiast and loyal Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
@sandblaster is recently retired after 38 years in the communications and computer field. He served 22 years as an Air Force officer and the last 16 years with AT&T as a technical architect, most recently a member of the team building the AT&T Cloud. Are there app updates for iOS and tvOS in the works to add in the reverse/forward and restart controls that should be there, but aren't?

When will DirecTV now provide Alternate Regional Sports Networks. For example, Fox Sports Carolinas is an alternate of Fox Sports South. The team I care about is on Fox Sports Carolinas. Sling TV has these Alternates today.

When will the service actually work? I've had nothing but trouble on all my devices. Simply get a black screen on my laptop and a fuzzy line through the middle on my amazone fire tv. I know it's not anything on my end since all my other streaming apps work just fine!
