Factory reset
I think I held down my reset button too long. Wondering how to get my internet connected again. I tried to reset it due to connectivity issues. But after I pushed reset button only the power light came on. Tried it again and then the WiFi light of flashing green and the broadband light is red. Can you help?

Sounds like you may have a connection issue outside of the home. You can call 800.288.2020 & have them run a line test to confirm this. If it's a line issue or gateway problem, they can dispatch a tech to resolve it.
