Dropped internet

I have att uverse internet and for the past several nights I will suddenly have no internet. It goes from working fine while I am watching Hulu or Netflix to no lights except power on my modem. It will come back up after a few minutes but it is REALLY IRRITATING to have the service go down. Btw not during a storm or lightning to explain service interruptions. Once in awhile att could be working on something but not several nights in a row. I am noticing it in the evening because that is when I watch some Netflix but it could be happening more I suppose. We live in Carmel / Westfield area ( Indiana).
