Broadband blinking red light (no internet connection)

How do I get back my internet connection? I have reset the modem (pressed back button for 20 seconds), unplugged all cables then reconnected, repowered then reset again several times but still no internet connection. Any ideas?

Let's get to the bottom of this! First of all, are you still having issues connecting to the Internet? Is your gateway showing any other indicators other than the red flashing light? The Gateway Status Lights can help troubleshoot all kinds of issues, or point you in the right direction. Be sure to select your gateway model in the drop down menu first!
