I'm having problems with my bluray staying connected to the Internet. I find,my SSID and know the password but it isn't connecting. My phone and Google Home are connected, though, so I know it isn't the internet...

We're happy to help! When did the disconnection start? Did the Bluray ever stayed connected before? To get started, we suggest that you try refreshing/restarting your device and also Reboot your Router and then try again.
