I recently changed from Dish Network to AT&T U-verse. I have a Netflix account, but when I try to access it, I get a message that my device (tv) may not be connected to the internet. I have rebooted u-verse with no success.
Uverse has nothing to do with Netflix. Sounds like you need to connect your tv to the internet through your ISP. Connect the tv to your wired or wireless network by using the TVs menu.
