AT&T Fixed wireless internet missing port forwarding setting
Hey everyone,
I just had the fixed wireless internet installed yesterday. The service works great and is way better than HughesNet. However when I booted up my PS4 to play some Destiny 2 I got a message saying that my NAT was a type 3. Logging into the router page to setup the PortForwarding/DMZ to open up the NAT some I cannot find the proper tab. It says to go to the settings tab>Firewall>Applications, Pinholes and DMZ. I do not have that tab, the only tabs I have under firewall are Status, Advanced Config and Firewall rules. None of those tabs allow me to port forward or setup a DMZ.
Has anyone else ran into this issue? What can I do about this? I would really prefer just to turn the firewall on the AT&T router off and just use my own router. I have the AT&T Pace 5268AC modem/router.

I appreciate the response but in my opinion AT&T is only providing internet access as opposed to real internet service. It’s unfortunate that this was not made clear but I am only a small fish in the pond. The rest of your potential subscribers who expect to be able to access their home computer, their surveillance system, utilize cutting edge technology (Nest and such) will surely be disappointed. I hope that if you do get this squared away you’ll be kind enough to let us all know…that is…the folks still subscribing to this service.

I recently had fixed wireless installed last Saturday. I can say I'm happy with the speeds 60 down and over 20 up but I am in the same boat as you I cant access the dmz. I play online myself but on my computer not on a ps4 or xbox and accessing the dmz is very important. It would be nice if they gave us access to the dmz and a public ip that doesn't change constantly. I still have my 3 meg dsl here at the house I had to update my wifes computer on a game we play online which is division and the fixed wirteless would not download the update at all I had to hook my dsl up just to update it and that is because my public ip constantly changes.

Four hours and seven separate people trying to resolve this issue yesterday - unsuccessfully. Can't access my bank site (which needs a static IP), or my work computer remotely since switching to fixed wireless

sharing a public IP address with possibly 100's of customers. The security
of this type of network is so bad that your banks network won't let you in.

call the fcc and file a complaint...they will get fined and if enough people complain the problem will get resolved
