wi-fi gateway ports

I need to connect my WAP to my wi-fi gateway, but there are only 4 ports and all are being used. How do I connect my last WAP?

Re: wi-fi gateway ports

You can free up a port by connecting a simple 4 port hub to one of the gateway ports, which gives you 4 more ports to use. Or, you can determine if all of the current connections are really necessary. Perhaps a device that's currently hardwired can support wi-fi instead, thus freeing up a port for your WAP.

Here’s a managed switch. A managed switch will allow you to connect uverse stb’s and internet devices without interfering with the iptv (tv data).
