uverse gateway problem
my nvg 589 gateway sometimes, mainly at night, the wps light flashes red.. first time i hit the wps button and the light flashes green, and then no problem for days.. next time i did not touch the wps button and light flashes red all night..i reset gateway and called c. s. the tech updated the gateway and ok again for days..now the light is flashing red again at night.. i rebooted and everything ok again... is someone in my neighborhood trying to obtain my wireless signal at night?? or is there a problem elseware??? thanks for any advice!!

at least for most RGs. Look at the WPS setting (second item) The default is disabled. If it is enabled, you can change it.
You probabably need the gui password from the label on the RG & don't forget to click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page.
