slow wifi

My ping rate to the router is32 to 547.My ping rate from the router 33 to 598.My app rep says that anything over 100 causes poor performance. Is there a way to check this?

We can point you in the right direction. 


The way that you can test to see if you are having poor performance on your wifi is by doing a speed test.


The way to resolve a poor speed test is to reboot the router.


Reach back out, if you run into any problems.
