I cancelled Direct tv on 18-Oct-2018. I took the equipment to Fedex on 27-Oct-2018 and returned the equipment. I received a notice saying a box will be sent to me to return the equipment. At FedEx, I received a receipt saying
they will ship the equipment back. Today, I received a notice saying another box will be sent to return the equipment. What do I do now ?
That's an odd situation to be in, but either that box was sent in error, or our system recognized that you may have been outside of the acceptable range to a nearest shipping location, so the box was shipped out to you automatically.
As long as you have a FedEx tracking number for the equipment you took to the store, then you can recycle the return box that is being shipped to you.
