"Broadband 2" red light blinking on NVG589

Hi, I have an NVG589 Uverse modem and the "Broadband 2" light has been blinking red for a couple days.  I have tried unplugging the power and cables then reconnecting with no success.  All other lights are green.

A red-blinking Broadband 2 light indicates that you have dual-pair service and your second line has become unusable.  If you haven't done anything to the wiring inside your home, then you should contact AT&T for repair service.
