bandwidth usage by device

I have only wifi in my house with 4 roku, 3 cells, a tablet, laptop and an xbox. These devices are not on all the time. Up to last couple of months 1024g has been sufficient, however, that has change and my account is going over the limit. I want to find out which device is using the most bandwidth. I have logged into the router to see the device list and I believe it is all correct but the rest of the information is Greek to me.  Appreciate any suggestions.

Hi There @Georgia820

We understand that a certain device in your home is going over your data usage  limit and you would like to know which one.

We can help with that.

The best way to get that information is from the MyAT&T app.  Have you downloaded that app?  You can find a wealth of information about your data and bandwidth usage on that app.

If there is anything else that we can do for you, please let us know.

I have DTV, Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime.  I get notice that I do not have enough bandwidth on Amazon Prime only.  I would like to know why, it is just on Amazon Prime.  And can I get more, and how.
