You raise a great question about correcting your location for your internet! For our Wireless Home Phone & Internet, the location will be based on the billing address which is on file. If your billing address is set to Houston, then this will need to be changed to Austin in order for your device to reflect accordingly. You can follow this forum post to see how to do it!
