Same here. Everytime it rains, we seem to lose the internet. Sometimes for hours. Sometimes for days. A tech came out, and spent four hours trying to figure it out. He eventually fixed it, but stated that he did not know how he fixed it. A couple of weeks ago, we had the same problem. I stayed at home, during the “four hour window”, and approximately a 1/2 hour past the window, the tech called me, and asked me what the problem was. I told him, and he stated that he thought it was a problem with the exterior line. He said that someone else would be sent out, maybe tomorrow, to check it. Nothing must have been fixed, because internet went out again, last night. Now a tech can’t come out until Dec. 31. Not worth the $60 a month.
