When my wife connects her Samsung Galaxy 9 note to WiFi we lose internet connection
Light on modem stays green. When I run diagnostics it shows IP fail. I reset IP and it goes again until she tries to go online. Any suggestions other than have her turn off WIFi?

Samsung support suggested resetting the network settings on the phone. So far so good.
