Asking our experts a question is easy!

  1. Be sure you're logged in to the Community.
  2. At the bottom of the page, look for the empty text box where you can type your question.
  3. When you are done, just click Reply.

When signed in, you’ll see a subtle pop-up message on the bottom right-corner of your browser when our experts are replying to your question.

Along with these real-time notification pop-ups, you have a Notifications counter next to your blue Private Message (PM) envelope, in the upper right corner of your browser. When you're signed in, you'll see the number of notifications awaiting your review.

And – if you are signed in – you'll have a chance to win some prizes!

Now let's meet our panel of experts for our December 27, 2017 Unwrapped: Setting Up that New Device session!
