There is no way to track their exact location, but you can use the myAT&T app and it will update you on the dispatch to let you know when someone is going out.

Repair person was supposed to be here between 4 and 8. The trackingvtool keeps changing, from between 415 and 530 to between 515 and 645 to now between 645 and 815 which is later than we agreed upon. There is no.one to call and I am waiting at this rental. I need to go put my son to bed.

775 is a DirecTv code error, you are posting on ATT Internet forum.
There is a separate forum for DirecTv, please be aware these forums are user to user not direct contact with the company.
You will need to call the DirecTv service number to request the tech response.
