Welcome to the AT&T Community forums. We wanted to touch base on a couple of items to make your experience here, a positive and informative one!

Need a solution? 

We have created support articles that can help you resolve many of the issues you may be experiencing. Each are placed within the product (topics) on the home page. If you are wondering how to find answers to your questions, check out our internet example below.   

 

1. Select Internet from forum home page.

2. You are then taken to the Internet Topic page.Select AT&T Internet.

3. You are then taken to a sub-topic page. In this page, you will find the Hot Topic section. That section has solutions for commonly asked questions relevant for the topic and sub-topic. The articles have a lot of great information that the forum team has put together based on your feedback and trending service concerns. These articles have the best fixes based on our interactions with you!

 

If you are on a browser, the Hot Topics section will be to the right. If you are on a smart device, you will need to scroll to view the Hot Topics. We highly recommend checking out these articles, you may find the answer to your question or solutions for the trouble you may be having!

BILLING ? WHY  IS THERE A CHARGE FOR INTERNET EQUIPMENT I PAID FOR THIS WHEN I SIGNED UP WITH AT@T BACK IN 2015  SEE NOW I AM GETTING CHARGED 10.00 A MONTH

I need to know if the tablet that I got when I signed up for att&t is mine, or if I have to return it.  Or of I can just get it unlocked.

on DIRECTV I used to get notifications of incoming phone calls but I think I inadvertently canceled that feature how do I restore it
