just received smart home manager application and it has a warning saying no batter or battery is low. What battery is it referring to?

Great question, @rgbg75.The Smart Home Manager app analyzes your network health, and would only be referring to the backup battery of your Gateway or AT&T equipment, if it provided you a battery message.We would recommend plugging the Gateway directly into the wall as opposed to a surge protector, if you have it plugged into one, to see if that clears the message.If not, there isn't much to worry about, since the battery backup is really only in place to support VoIP service in case of a power outage, but you can check this forums thread for information about replacements.John, AT&T Community Specialist
