Smart Home Manager Not Showing Data Usage

Smart Home Manager Not Showing Data Usage

The Smart Home Manager shows my data usage by device when I select the Now tab, but when I select 24 hrs or 7 days, it shows the message "You have not used any data in the last 24 hrs", which is not true.

 

Also the Data usage for household chart is always blank, no matter which time period I select.

 

I have the Pace 5268AC router.

Hi @malcom4903,

 

you may need to uninstall/ reinstall the app. Also, try logging into the Smart Home Manager desktop version to see if you experience the same error.

Thanks. I didn't now there was a desktop version. When I ran that, it worked, and it also appears to have kicked the iOS version into working.
