Residential Gateways b/g/n gigabit ports

Does U-Verse offer Residential Gateways with wireless b/g/n and gigabit ports? If so, is this an upgrade from the standard 2-Wire b/g wireless gateway with 100 mbit ports?

If you have U-verse TV, the only gateways used are the 2Wire 3800HGV-B, 3801HGV and the i3812V (pair bonding only).  None of those gateways have wireless N.

Just to add on texasguy's post, gigabit networking isn't included on any Uverse RG/Modem reguardless of infastructure (10/100 only). ADSL2+ does have a NVG510 modem that has wireless N capabilities.
