Pace 5268 router difficulty resetting

I disabled was but am having no success enabling MAC filtering or hiding SSI address for security. Please advise. I save changes and settings revert to previous,band receive flag that was must be disabled, which it is.

Hello @Underseige

We understand your having an issue with Mac filtering or hiding your SSI address on the pace5268 router.

Turning off the WPS feature on router should correct the Mac filtering on your router.

I did turn off WPS and it indicates "disabled" but I still receive an error message (to disable WPS) when I attempt to enable MAC filtering. I have allowed MAC addresses listed, but no specific ones to block. Would that make a difference? I would have to catch the piggyback person in action to know his MAC address in order to list it.
