Previously, I saw 18 and 24 Mbps available, but now when I click "Modify" or "Change my Plan", I only see my current speed, 12 Mbps and lower speeds (6 and 3 Mbps).
Here are my current stats:
My questions are:
1) What is my current limitation?
2) Will I be able to upgrade to 18 or 24 Mbps?
3) What are the chances of requesting pair bonding for a townhome?

Update: Outside Tech came and check the lines. Everything good. However he said lines fluctuates inside the house. Also said, max sync rate was around the 60,000
Outside Tech tried testing the phone cord location. It got sync while the 3600HGV did not sync.
Now, Outside Tech is setting ticket for inside tech (premises) to check whether I need a new router for 18 mbps or whether something else is causing the problem

AFTER MANUALLY UPGRADING PHONE CABLE FROM PHONE JACK:
I manually change the phone cable that was plugged into RG from a standard phone cable into a Cat5e RJ-11 cable. The new stats are here: (Some stats change for the better while the other are for the worse):

It would eliminate interference with phone and provide a direct conection used only by the RG
