New 5268ac gateway
I just received a Pace 5268ac gateway from AT&T but it does not seem to work with my coax input cable. Can you help?

this is incorrect, as of 2016 at least
I have the pace 5268 gateway and t is connected to the internet via coax. The only cat5 connections are the LAN Ethernet

The 5268 does have 1 coax port, but it's for IPTV output.
It gets data from the RJ11 or RJ45 (fiber accounts) ports.
