My phone line was looked at on Friday by a tech and he said the problem with my very slow Internet was down the street and didn't say when the crew would get to it. Can you give me an eta for when the problem line will be fixed. Thanks very frustrated.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE ISSUES WITH AT&T AND DIRECT TV SINCE OCTOBER 2018. I HAVE SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS GOING FROM DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT AND KNOW MY SERVICES HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED AND MY ACCOUNT CLOSED AND I CAN'T SEEM TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED!!!! CAN ANYBODY FROM ATT HELP!!!!!
