I am sorry you are having this issue with your device. I am pleased to assist!


I understand how important it is for your device to connect properly to your Wi-Fi. The first thing I will suggest is to Restart your device, then forget the wifi connection on your device, and please try reconnecting. You can also attempt to restart the router. I found a link which has some helpful information for resetting your router. I hope this helps!
