Failure to return your equipment within 21 days from the date the order for new equipment was placed will result in an equipment charge of $150 per unit to be billed to your account or credit card.
We encourage you to initiate your return within 10 days to avoid being billed for non-returned equipment while equipment is in transit.

If you took it to a private "mailbox" type store (UPS pickup only), they will not take ATT equipment. It must be a UPS store.

We will be moving next month and need to discontinue service (internet, Uverse, and home phone). I find the directions about how to do do and return the equipment vague and unhelpful. Could you provide me with clear, step by step directions? Thanke
