Hello @Jessesmom,

We're here to help! There are 2 ways to connect a printer to the internet: WPS and Wi-Fi Password.

Connecting via WPS

  1. Locate your printer manual. You will want to learn how to access the printer WiFi settings. Some printers are able to connect via WPS. If your printer has the capability to connect this way:
  2. Log into your gateway at https://soc.att.com/2TfEQPk4.
  3. Go to Wireless Settings
  4. Enable WPS and Save
  5. After WPS is enabled, press the WPS button located on the front of your gateway.

  6. Now press the WPS button on the printer, which should automatically connect in under a minute.

Connecting via Wi-Fi Password

  • If your printer connects via a Wireless password, you will want to find your printer manual to find out how to enter it. Most printers come with a setup disc to guide you through the process. You can Find your Network Name and Wireless information after selecting the gateway model you are using.

Please let us know if this was helpful!

I connected my Canon 6020 but it is not working correctly.  Most of the time it says offline.

I have checked that it was turned on, reconnected, entered the password, and allowed to join automatically.

None of these fixes have worked.  Is is my wireless?
