Hi, I have the Arris NVG510. I've had it for a really long time.

NVG510 not a gigabit router.  I've had this router for a really long time.  I rent this thing.  I believe it's a bottleneck in my home wired network.  Is there a gigabit router available?  And can I get it with NO increase in monthly fee?
