Galaxy S4 WIFI Connection Issue
I can't seem to get my Galaxy S 4 to connect to my U-Verse Wifi network. I tried all the trouble shooting from customer support. I've actually had this issue with my last two cellphones as well (iPhone 4 & Moto X). At one point about a year ago my network kicked off a lot of my devices and someone had to come out and they got my TV back on by altering settings manually.
Anyone had this issue?

Actually, yes; I had the same problem last week connecting to my 2WIRE 3800's WiFi. However, I was only doing it for testing purposes and punted after about 30 minutes of trying. I have long ago purchased a D-link Wireless Router that I have configured as an Access Point, which:
All the devices in the house connect to it without issue.
