Ok how do you communicate with whoever it is that deals with the gateway at the tower.can they open the ports for you at the tower location. It would also help if they could enable upnp there but i think it would give you a double nat since you basically can't do a thing with the gateway in your home. And I mean you can't do anything with it.
Since Fixed Wireless Internet runs off of our cellular network, there is no option to do any Port Forwarding or Firewall adjustments. We're hoping to implement a feature like that in the future, but as of now there isn't a way to do any this, since it would cause potential security risks on our cellular network.

Ok so how long are we talking about its been in my area about a year and a half. I have been through your forum checking out other gamers and it seems to have been around a little longer than that in other areas. You mean to tell me you didn't anticipate the problem for gamers and apparently other wireless devices such as home security, people who work from home you know things like that.
