Devices Connected to IP Address

Not computer savvy I find 7 devices linked to my IP address not sure if they should all be connected. I have Amazon FireStick TV, DirecTV, Home Computer, U-verse Wireless my IPhone, I don't recognize what is ArrisGro and BluProdu Devices are and wondering if I should disconnect them and how do I disconnect them?

Good morning @YolandaS, let’s get you the help you need!


The ArrisGro is more than likely the router you currently have hooked up to your network, as Arris is a router model that we currently offer our customers. As for the BluProdu, it sound like that may be a cell phone from the company BLU.

In order to disconnect that item and completely block it from the network, you can push the red button on your router and reboot it.

Doing this will remove all connected devices on the router.
