Re: Connected devices

Hey @Rustyvol,

Let us see if we can help!

Usually devices will connect to SSID with the best strongest signal. However, these things are not perfect so they may do the opposite at times. You can use our Smart Home Manager to check signal strength around your home to determine which device you should be connected to.

As for the TV receiver portion, Total Home DVR requires a wireless bridge so that the DVR content can be shared between all receivers. However, the receivers also count as bridges. So it would be 5 set top boxes plus 1 bridge.

Hope we were able to clear everything up! Let us know if you have other questions!
