Hi @Cook1974,
I recommend resetting both internet connection and laptops. Also, verify you are connected to the right network and entering the right password. Our Smart Home Manager can help you get connected as well.
Last, you may need to release your IP if you have windows devices.

I have Sonos receivers that work via Wi-Fi. Since fiber optic installed last week my sonos don’t recognize the Wi-Fi signal. The sonos receivers are not exactly portable, they are wired into my home speaker system.
Can I get some help?

I just purchased Feit Electric Smart Bulbs and they can't connect to my wifi. The ATT Smart App says 2.4 ghz is available but I can't get bulbs to connect. How do I fix this?

Hi @Ktwarner,
I recommend resetting the modem and the Smart Bulbs. I did find some troubleshooting steps by Feit that should help:
"Feit Electric WiFi bulb(s) only support 2.4GHz WiFi networks. So if you’re trying to connect bulb(s) to WiFi with the Feit Electric app, make sure you are not connected to your homes 5GHz network. Note: if you attempted to setup the bulb(s) using a 5GHz network, restart the Feit Electric app before trying to connect to your homes 2.4GHz".
