Broadband

Literally got set up with the nvg589 and new service today. Broadband light keeps blinking green or red and I have no internet service. Ive tried resetting it a few times and it still doesn't work.

Didn't the tech guy check that hookup out before leaving?  Call tech support (800-288-2020) and have them check the line from their end.  They will tell you what's going to happen next (I would think another tech service call).
