Arris 599 : Permits me to access the log-in page...however to check speed and / or update, I need DI
I need the device ID....I've typed it 50 times and it says its incorrect....I never changed it. Yes I know its printed on the label.
How can we resolve this issue?

You mean the access code? Try a factory reset and see if it works then. Press red button on the back for about 15 secs. If it still doesn't work after that call tech support for a replacement gateway.
