What is the ARRISGRO Device?
I see an ARRISGRO device on my network at 192.168.1.99. My model is a 5268AC. What is this device?

It is an Arris 2500 Wireless Bridge that transmits/receives the signal to/from your U-Verse Wireless TV Receivers. It operates in the 5GHz band but doesn't impact your 5 GHz WiFi in any way. It's connected directly to your Residential Gateway (RG) via an Ethernet cable, and is probably physically co-located with the RG.

Hi There @patfreel,
We can look at this. The ARRISGRO device that you are seeing stands for ARRIS Group. All that means is that there is a device(s) that is connected to it that is from the ARRIS Brand.
If you do not have any devices under the brand Arris, then this is what we suggest that you do.
First: Reboot Your Router
Second: Change Your WIFI password
Third: Download and install the Smart Home Manager on your mobile device or you can use the website.
Please let us know if those things work for you.
