unable to receive replies to emails I have sent
If I send an email that requires a reply, I do not receive them. I have been told that the reply is in that person's sent box, but I never received it.

Check your webmail (or email client app if you use that instead) for the name and reply-to that is to appear in the From: field of email you send.
In the webmail click the settings gear -> more settings (stupid new interface) -> mailboxes mailbox list -> desired account. Look at the panel on the right for the "your name" and "reply-to" settings. If blank it should be using your actual account name and email address. If not blank then whatever those settings are will appear in the From: of email you send. Send an email to yourself to see what the From: shows.
